Our accredited guide will meet you at the Confucius temple and will accompany you up to Hoi An Parish Church where we can taste the first dish is Bánh Căn - a little savory Vietnamese pancakes are made with a thin rice flour batter. They are cooked on outdoor grills which are equipped with a specialized terracotta bánh căn mold.
