During the class, you'll visit a local family compound and the Gianyar market to find local fruits, vegetables, and herbs. After cooking, you'll enjoy an authentic Balinese meal featuring dishes such as piquant chicken satay, fresh vegetable soup, and, for dessert, black sticky rice pudding with fresh coconut cream or fried banana with grated fresh coconut and palm sugar.
