- Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- This could also influence the smooth running of the tour especially on national holidays and events.
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
- As per Colosseum rules, LARGE BAGS PERFUMES – SPRAY/AEROSOL CANS- WEAPONS – GLASS – ALCOHOL are forbidden. Please note that there is no cloakroom service inside the Colosseum to accommodate the above items
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue
- Meeting place: Via del Colosseo nr 31, in front of Caffe Roma, above the second floor of the Colosseum metro stop(blue line). The tour reservations have strict timing. Please make sure to be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your booked time slot. Latecomers won't be waited for and no refunds will be granted.
- Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for wheelchair users or those with walking disabilities
- Please be advised that the Colosseum's capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 24 travelers
