  • Baggage allowance: 25 kg checked + 8 kg hand luggage.
  • Entry tickets to Pasabag and Göreme Museum are not included. Your guide will have pre-paid skip-the-line tickets to avoid queues; please pay your guide in cash (EUR, USD or TRY).
  • Airport transfers: We do not provide assistant service. In Istanbul, the driver will drop you at the airport entrance; proceed to the check-in desk following the provider’s instructions sent in advance. On arrival at your destination airport, the driver will meet you with a sign bearing your name.
  • Flight options: Tours are available with or without domestic flight tickets. If you book without flights, please contact our agency for recommended options.
  • After booking, please email or WhatsApp us (address on your ticket) with details of all passengers.
  • Hot Air Balloon Flight is not included. You need at least one overnight stay in Cappadocia to join, as flights operate only early mornings.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers
