- If your hotel is not located in Hanoi Old Quarter area (Hoan Kiem district) kindly come to No. 9 Hang Huong at 8:00am or Hanoi Opera House (Nha Hat Lon) at 8:40am to join the tour
- Advance registration is required with your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number, and visa expiration date for all passengers; a valid passport is required upon check-in, otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority
- Meals on board are a fusion of Vietnamese, seafood, and international; please advise any food preferences, allergies, or dietary requirements at least 2 days prior
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather which decided by Halong Bay Authority, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund

- This option is based on twin/double sharing basis. If your group is odd number, a triple room will be arranged.
