- Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a no show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
- No outside food or beverages allowed.
- Visitors are allocated a maximum of 1 hour in each conservatory.
- Kindly note that no reentry allowed.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of noncompliance with park rules and regulations.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- By Train / Bus Via The Circle Line Or Downtown Line Alight at Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16) Take Exit B and follow the underground linkway Exit and cross the Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge into Gardens by the Bay Via The EastWest Line Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15) Take Exit C and head towards bus stop no. 03223 located at International Plaza, Anson Road Hop onto bus 400 and alight at bus stop no. 03371 along Marina Gardens Drive.
- ETickets will be forwarded via Email by one day before the tour date. No need to print, you can show from smart phone itself.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
