3-day beginner course for free-diving, taught by an Aida 2 certified freediver in Pemuteran.

Take your ocean exploration to the next level with this freediving course.
You'll be amazed at how quickly you can learn to hold your breath for more than 2 minutes and dive 20 meters deep.

This beginner course, AIDA 2, is the perfect introduction to the fascinating world of freediving. You'll learn to freedive in a safe and rewarding way. The AIDA 2 course includes the AIDA 1 level part, so you don't need to complete the try freediving course to start the beginner course.
