- You cannot redeem your voucher at the KL bird park counter
- You must present your voucher to the driver in exchange for a physical ticket
- Your driver will pass you the entry ticket after you have arrived at the park
- This tour is not private and may include other guests
- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.
