- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.

- During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

- Solo travelers are more than welcome too — just make your own way to the meeting point at Berjaya Times Square (Main Entrance).

Spend approximately 1.5 hours exploring the sanctuary. Walk through a special caged tunnel that allows you to safely observe orangutans roaming freely in their natural environment. Learn about their habits, behaviors, and the island’s conservation work from knowledgeable guides. Don’t forget to capture plenty of memorable photos!
