- Your adventure will start very early in the morning between 6:00 am and 6:30 am, with pick-up from your hotel in Cusco. You will meet the group and have a chance to get comfortable with everyone. From there, we’ll drive about an hour to Ollantaytambo, our first stop, where you can grab breakfast, pick up some snacks, or use the toilets.
- After a quick break, we’ll continue the journey to one of the most stunning spots on the tour: Abra Malaga, sitting over 4,300 meters above sea level. Feel the magic of the Andes as you take some pictures of the place, then let the warmer, green landscapes wrap you in their beauty as we descend to the next point.

Aguas Calientes

- By around 12:00 pm, you will reach Hidroeléctrica, where you will have time for lunch to refuel before starting a scenic hike along the train tracks toward Aguas Calientes.
- The hike takes about 3 hours, winding through breathtaking mountains and lush vegetation.
- Once you arrive in Aguas Calientes, you will get to the hostel and later enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant, where your guide will share all the info you need for the next day’s big adventure.
