Peranakan cooking is a unique fusion of Malay and Chinese cuisines, reflecting the artistic and creative culture that invented it. Get a hands-on introduction to Nyonya food as you learn to prepare two or three traditional Peranakan dishes from family recipes in a private cooking studio. The menu could include dishes such as spring rolls, Hokkien noodles, Nyonya laksa, with vegetarian and gluten-free options available on request.
