- If the pickup from airport please advise the terminal to be pickup or provide your flight number
- If pickup from cruise terminal please advise the cruise port or the cruise name.
- If no pickup information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the detail.
- For tour pickup from Cruise Terminal or Changi Airport, please advise the number of bags in advance. If the luggages exceed the capacity of the vehicle, a surcharge would apply for a bigger vehicle to accommodate the luggages
