These markets promote the principles of "good, clean, and fair" food—meaning that it is environmentally sustainable, ethically produced, and accessible to everyone. They also focus on fostering relationships between producers and consumers, supporting biodiversity, and preserving traditional and local food cultures. We will visit the Şile Earth Market with local women from the Women Seed Association, who come from the same village as the market.
