- Hagia Sophia is an active mosque so special visitor rules apply. Non-Muslims cannot enter during prayer times, so interior tours will be limited. All visitors must adhere to the mosque etiquette such as modest dress code (head scarves for women, covered shoulders and knees, and no hats and shoes for men and women).

- The Topkapi Palace Museum is closed on Tuesdays, so if you book the 7-hour tour on that day, this attraction will be replaced with free entry to the Blue Mosque or a similar attraction.
- There are 2 elevators in the 9-floor Galata Tower.
- For the convenience of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are more than 26 people in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
- We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a larger van or minibus for groups of 5 people and more. If you're traveling in a smaller group but want to travel in a more spacious car, we recommend booking a 5-people tour to take advantage of a larger vehicle.
