TOUR PROGRAM :
8:00am: we pick you up from your hotel (located in the central district 1). Then, we take you on a morning trip to visit the Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace. This palace was built on the site of the former Norodom Palace.
The Independence Palace is a widely recognized landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. The palace was the base of Vietnamese General Ngo Dinh Diem until his death in 1963. It made its name in global history in 1975, when a tank belonging to the North Vietnamese Army crashed through its main gate, ending the Vietnam War.
Today, the palace is a must-visit for tourists in Ho Chi Minh City.
After visiting the Independence Palace, we will continue to see the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times, such as the Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office.
We will then take a trishaw
