Be picked up from Hotel by motorbike. Start the cuisine journey at the highland Da Lat with "Banh Trang Nuong" - Grilled Vietnamese Rice Paper which has also a funny nickname called Da Lat Pizza. After that, we will go to other place for "Banh Uot Long Ga" - Thin rice flour pancake with stir-fried chicken Viscera. This is the most unique dish among all Da Lat street food since you can rarely find it in other parts of Vietnam. We will then try "Banh Can and Xiu Mai" - Vietnamese mini pancake with Vietnamese meatballs. Go to Da Lat night market, take a walk to release food before tasting a delicious appetizing dessert "Kem Bo" - Da Lat Avocado ice cream - a must-try delicious dish when coming to Da Lat. Before going back to your hotel, take a hot glass of soy milk and grab some tasty pastries to warm up our body.
