• For safety and regulatory compliance, accurate passenger weights must be provided at the time of booking.
• Maximum individual weight: 130kg
• Maximum combined passenger weight 270kg
• If a passenger arrives and their weight exceeds the maximum permitted individual or combined limits, the flight will not proceed and the full cost of the experience will be forfeited.
• Children need to be 100cm tall and sit on their own seat
