Step 1 – Receive Your Ticket
You will receive your official entry ticket via Viator chat or by email no later than the day before your scheduled visit. Please do not use the Viator booking voucher (the one with the “Viator” logo), as it will not be valid for entry.
Please go to Torre del Mascherino, located in Piazza della Città Leonina, near Via di Porta Angelica.
How to get there from St. Peter’s Square:
Stand facing St. Peter’s Basilica.
Walk to the right side of the square, towards the exit leading to Via di Porta Angelica.
Cross the street into Piazza della Città Leonina.
You will see the entrance at the Torre del Mascherino (a small medieval tower).

From Piazza della Città Leonina:
Once you arrive in the square, look for the small medieval tower (Torre del Mascherino) at the corner. That is the entrance to the Passetto di Borgo. There will be staff to check your ticket.
