Join us for a unique farm tour experience in Cusco, Peru. Our guided tour will take you to an alpaca and llama farm, where you'll learn about the breeding, raising, and care of these fascinating animals. The tour will also include a weaving demonstration, where you'll see traditional Andean weaving techniques used to create beautiful textiles. The tour will also include round-trip transportation from your hotel in Cusco, so you can relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about transportation. Visit a Cusco farm to see a variety of alpacas and llamas. Leave the city's hustle and bustle behind and immerse yourself in nature. As you explore, you'll be transported back in time as you hear stories about the ancient Incas. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about traditional weaving techniques by watching a demo. And, you'll get to meet some of the farm's special residents, including vicuñas, known as 'the gold of the Andes', and huanacos.

  • Begin your journey by being picked up from your hotel and transferred to the farm, located only 20 minutes away from the historic center. Start your farm tour by learning about the ancient South American camelids, the process of domestication, and the species that the Incas developed.
  • Discover the 2 varieties of alpacas and llamas, and their ancestors, such as huanacos and vicuñas. See the animals up close and snap photos of them.
  • Be further immersed in local culture by seeing how native people practice weaving and the skills they use to produce textiles. Finally, enjoy a return transfer to Cusco and be dropped off at your hotel.
