Starting from Cusco, we will travel through valleys and mountains to Soraypampa, the starting point of the hike. The moderately difficult trek will take you through trails surrounded by imposing snow-capped mountains and unique nature until you reach the magical lagoon of turquoise waters, located at more than 4,200 meters above sea level.

During the tour, a professional guide will share information about the history, culture, and importance of this sacred place for the Incas. You will have free time to take pictures, rest, and connect with the energy of the Andes.

  • Aremika Travel invites you to visit Laguna Humantay.
  • At 4.30 am to 5.00 am our transfer will go through your hotel to pick it up and transfer them to our departure point.
  • At 5:00 am we start our game with the tour guide taking the road to Abancay.
  • After about an hour and a half, we will arrive at Limatambo from where we will take the detour to Mollepata where we can enjoy a delicious breakfast.
  • Then we will continue by bus for one more hour to Soraypampa.
  • Place where we will get ready for our walk, ascending for approximately 1 hour until the
  • Laguna de Humantay; After a time of visit and exploration of the place and the view of the Humantay mountain in the chain of Vilcabamba in the Andes in the company of our guide who will explain us about this magnificent place then we will start the way back to Soraypampa tours to enjoy a delicious lunch and return to the city of Cusco.
