Stop by a neighbourhood bakery or snack shop to sample iconic treats like pandan cake, curry puffs, or tau sar piah (sweet mung bean pastry).

Bedok

Visit Bedok Hawker Centre or a local coffee shop (kopitiam) to try quintessential dishes like kaya toast, laksa, or rojak. Enjoy a light meal while learning about the origins of these dishes and their role in Singapore’s multicultural food scene. Walk through Bedok’s wet market to experience the hustle and bustle of daily local life.

Walk through Jewel’s Canopy Park (optional entry), featuring lush greenery, netted bridges, and fun attractions. Explore Jewel’s retail stores for souvenirs or snacks to bring home with some last minute shopping, before heading to the departure gates.
