- If you booked the tour from 23.00 hrs 06.00 hrs. the addtional charge is 10SGD will be apply

- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Most travelers can participate
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase. Oversized or excess luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc.) may be subject to certain restrictions. Please enquire with the local tour operator prior to your travel date
- Vehicle will be assigned based on number of passengers.
- Departure transfer will be pickup 4 hours before the departure time for both international and domestic flights
- Waiting at the airport up to 75 minutes after the landing time
- If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
- Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time. However, if you want to request a special pickup time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
- You may inform us at the contact numbers given above, should you be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the waiting time. We can try our best to arrange for the driver to wait pending their availability. Please note the driver reserves the right to impose a surcharge of SGD10 per additional 15 minutes of waiting time.
- Pickup/Dropoff location Jurong and Woodland will be extra charge 20 SGD per vehicle payable to driver
- Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.
- This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate
