If closed due to weather, your guide will adjust the route and try again later.

Camps Bay

• We begin the coastal section of our tour by passing through the glamorous suburb of Camps Bay, renowned for its palm-lined promenade, blue-flag beach, and views of the Twelve Apostles mountains. We often stop here or at Maiden’s Cove for a stunning photo opportunity. On weekends and in summer, this area buzzes with cafés and vibrant atmosphere.

Hout Bay

• A historic fishing harbor framed by Sentinel Peak, Hout Bay offers striking bay views and working harbor life. If time allows, we may pause for photos or enjoy a short harbor view. (Note: this tour does not include Seal Island boat cruise unless pre-arranged on private tours.)

Chapman's Peak Drive

• From Hout Bay, we enter the world-famous Chapman’s Peak Drive — a 9km masterpiece of road engineering with 114 curves and dramatic drop-offs into the Atlantic. We'll stop at one or two marked viewpoints for panoramic photos.

• We stop at one of the recommended casual cafés or restaurants in Simon’s Town, Boulders Beach, or Fish Hoek. These are affordable, charming, and convenient. The guide will assist with recommendations based on dietary preferences.
• Private Tour:
• You can choose from the same cafés, or upgrade to high-end dining venues like Harbour House in Kalk Bay, Seaforth Restaurant near the penguins, or Cape Point Vineyards Restaurant (if doing wine tasting). This allows more flexibility based on your pace and interests.

Boulders Beach Penguin Colony

• From the beach huts, we drive you back into Cape Town via the scenic Atlantic Seaboard or Main Road, depending on traffic conditions. Expect a drop-off between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM, bringing you full circle after a day of natural beauty, wildlife, history, and coastal vistas.
