Warrior's Legacy and River's Harmony: Cu Chi and Mekong 1 Day

This is a perfect tour for those who are interested in the history and culture of Vietnam but have a tight schedule. Within just one day, you can explore the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, the most historic site in Vietnam, and the Mekong Delta, the river wonderland that shows you the life of the southern Vietnamese people.

You'll pass through green rice paddy fields with a nice view, cruise on the Mekong River by open motorboat, enjoy honey tea, honey wine, tropical fruits, listen to southern Vietnamese folk music, take a chariot ride, visit a rubber plantation, explore a network of tunnels, watch a war documentary film, and take a rowboat into a small canal.

  • Upon arrival to My Tho City, The boat take you to small canal, where is the place you totally escape from the busy town. The boat cruise in the coconut trees canal takes you to a coconut island in Ben Tre. We disembark and have a walk around the village. Stop at a local family to enjoy tropical fruit, taste honey tea, honey wine and listen to Vietnamese traditional music, performance by the villagers.
  • Continue walking on the village’s road to coconut candy shop, learn how to make candy, show some handicraft made by coconut tree.
