투어 하이라이트

The architectural design of Gianyar Puseh Batuan Temple is impressive. The Candi Bentar, the entrance gate of the temple, stands out with its red brick structure. Decorated with floral ornaments and curls of temple characteristics, the Candi Bentar is a beautiful and unique feature of the temple.
The Candi Bentar serves as a barrier between the Nista Mandala (the outer part of the temple) and the Madya Mandala (the central part of the temple).
In addition to the Candi Bentar, the temple also features a statue of Dwarapala, the gate guard. However, unlike the typical Dwarapala statue, which is depicted sitting with one leg bent and a mace weapon, the Dwarapala statue in Puseh Temple is standing upright without a weapon. This unique depiction of Dwarapala adds to the temple's architectural and artistic significance.
