Dapur Usada has developed its own unique food philosophy, IndoVedic Cuisine. Our food combines the ancient Indian wisdom of Ayurveda with the Balinese knowledge of herbal medicine, Usada. Our kitchen offers slow-cooked vegetarian dishes made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
Our Jamu's are family recipes from our staff, rooted in the traditions of Ubud.
