당신은 무엇을 할 것인가

Bangkok - Spend a half day exploring the city's temples and flower market with an ITA guide.

투어 하이라이트

Take a half-day excursion to explore the lesser-known temples of Bangkok.
Meet with your Italian guide at the hotel lobby at the agreed time, which can be either morning (08:30-12:00) or afternoon (13:30-17:00).
The excursion includes visits to the Wat Benchamabophit (Marble Temple), Wat Saket (Golden Mount), and the Pak Klong flower market.
These temples are less popular, but just as fascinating and full of Thai culture, they deserve a visit and then finish in the colors of a flower market at sunset.

Wat Benchamabophit (The Marble Temple)
TEMPLE OF MARBLE
Wat Benchamabopit Dusitwanaram (Wat Ben), or Marble Temple, built with Carrara marble, is located near the Government Palace and the equestrian statue of King Rama IV. It is an ancient temple during the Ayutthaya period, originally called Wat Laem or Wat Saithong. During the reign of King Rama IV, the temple was restored by five princes and renamed Wat Bejamabopit (five princes). In 1899, King Rama V had the temple completely rebuilt and gave him the name of Wat Benjamabopit Dusitwanaram, which means the Temple of the Fifth King. He placed Prince Narissaranuwatti, a leader in design and construction.

WAT SAKET (GOLDEN MOUNT)
Wat Saket or the Temple of the Golden Mount in Bangkok is an ancient temple dating back to the Ayutthaya period. Formerly called Wat Sakae, the name was changed to Wat Saket during the reign of King Rama I. The Monte d'Oro, built under the rule of King Rama V, is 77 meters high and in the upper part reside many of the Buddhist relics found in ancient Kapilavastu city.
Some other interesting things in this Bangkok temple are the numerous images of the Buddha, the temple hall, the pagoda, the scripture hall and the tree of Sri Maha Bodhi. This is another place not to be missed when you visit Bangkok

Pak Khlong Flower Talat Original
멈추다: 60 minutes
Pak Khlong Flower Talat Original
The Bangkok flower market (Pak Klong Talad) is the largest wholesale and retail fresh flower market in Bangkok. The market has all sorts of popular flowers and flora related objects, including roses, orchids, lilies and more. Most of them are sold in packs of 50 or 100 flowers each, and the prices are incredibly cheap. Part of the Old City, Bangkok's flower market is located on Chak Phet Road near Saphan Phut or Memorial Bridge. Stores and vendors are housed in two- or three-story shops on either side of the main road. The market is located just south of Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha) and has access to a pier on the river, so it represents a great day trip combined with other historical attractions of the Old City.
