- The booking confirmation voucher that you get post booking is not the actual ticket and will not be accepted by the Museum, please check your email and WhatsApp for the actual audio tour link, it will be shared shortly before your visit time.
- To activate your audio tour in other languages, our app should be downloaded from the Apple or Android store, we will share the link with you along with your free entry ticket.
- Make sure that you have downloaded the audio tour before your visit or have an active internet connection, the free wifi inside the museum may not work sometimes
- National Gallery Open daily 10am–6pm (last entry at 4:30PM) and Friday until 9pm (last entry at 7:30 PM)
- You are only purchasing the audio tour as the entry to the museum is free
