  • DEPARTURE FROM HANOI: 07:00 AM. Designated pickup points: Hanoi Opera House - No. 1 Trang Tien, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi or at your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter.
  • Please enter your name and hotel address.
  • Be ready at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.
  • The shuttle bus is shared with other passengers, so there may occasionally be delays.
  • No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
  • The itinerary may change due to traffic/weather conditions.
  • One child aged 0-1 years is free of charge if they do not require a separate seat.
  • Children aged 12 years and older will be charged at the adult rate.
  • Two paying adults may bring one child aged 0-1 years. Each additional child will require a child's ticket purchase.
  • Parents may share food/drinks with children aged 0-1.
  • Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
