Begin your full-day tour to Ninh Binh with a convenient pickup from your hotel or meet at the designated spot. As you're driven out of the city and into the countryside, take in the views from your bus. In Ninh Binh, start at the historic Hoa Lu Temples, where you can admire the Vietnamese architecture and learn more about the former ruling dynasties. Take a break to refuel with a tasty lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, head to Tam Coc, where you can take a scenic boat ride and get the chance to cycle through rural villages if you're feeling energetic—cycling is optional. Your final stop is the Mua Caves, where you can climb the hundreds of zig-zagging steps up to the chain of cave temples and take in panoramic views. After your tour, you'll be dropped back at your hotel in Hanoi, where you can rest and relax after your full-day tour.
