Halfway up Monkey Mountain, we'll stop to visit the towering Lady Buddha Statue, an impressive 68 meters (233 feet) tall. Smiling over the nearby fishing village, she is believed to bless and protect the local fishermen as they venture into the deep sea. Surrounding the statue are beautifully landscaped flower and bonsai gardens, offering peaceful spots to relax.
