Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary

• The Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, also known as the Ubud Monkey Forest, is one of the most famous attractions in Ubud, Bali. It’s a nature reserve and Hindu temple complex that serves as both a sanctuary for hundreds of long-tailed macaque monkeys and a significant cultural site.
• The forest spans over 12.5 hectares and is home to around 1,200 to 1,260 monkeys, making it a lively and engaging experience for visitors. The sanctuary also features lush greenery, with a rich variety of tropical plants and towering ancient trees.

Tibumana Waterfall

• The waterfall is about a 30-minute drive from Ubud, making it a great destination for those staying in the area. Tibumana is a single-drop waterfall that cascades into a clear pool of water, surrounded by lush greenery and jungle foliage.
• The area around the waterfall is tranquil, and the walk to reach it involves a short trek through the jungle along well-maintained paths and steps, passing small streams and tropical plants. The waterfall is considered ideal for swimming, as the pool is calm and not very deep.
