- Know before you go :
- Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants
- You must be able to walk on unpaved or uneven terrain
- This tour is not private and may include other guests
- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.
- This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus)
- Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to contacted during the travel period
- It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.
- Please keep your belongings and try not to bring valuables, you will be responsible for all damages and loss.
- If the vehicle does not arrive in more than 10 minutes, please contact the emergency contact number +6019-339 8699, we will coordinate for you immediately
- Pick up time and driver details shall update to you 1 day before activity day in the evening time by email. Please check your email (inbox/spam mailbox) 1 day before (after 8pm)
- During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
- Good to Know:
- This activity is designed for at least 4 adults with round-trip service from selected hotels and residences in the Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle area.
- Solo travelers are more than welcome too — just make your own way to the meeting point at Berjaya Times Square (Main Entrance).

- For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash

Meet your guide at the Gopeng Toll Exit Plaza. From there, you’ll be transferred to the Ulu River Lodge parking area and onward to the white water rafting starting point at Ulu Geruntum.

11:45am – Safety Briefing & Equipment Setup

Arrive at the starting point. Put on white water rafting equipment, safety briefing will be given by a professional RIVERBUG guide.

White Water Rafting (7KM, 9 Rapids)

White Water Rafting (7KM, 9 Rapids)
12:00pm White water rafting commences that cover a distance of 7 km with 9 big rapids along the way. The journey takes around 1 1/2 - 2 hours

14:00pm Upon arrival at the ending point, a light meal will be served with cold drinks.

Transfer to Tempurung Cave

14:30 pm Depart to the famous Tempurung Cave, one of the largest limestone caves in Peninsular Malaysia.
