Kick off your tour with morning pickup from your Queenstown hotel and a scenic drive into Central Otago, one of the world's premier cool-climate wine regions.
Stop at Gibbston Valley Winery for a tasting inside its spacious wine cave—the largest in the country—then continue to two more wineries for tastings and a gourmet lunch paired with fine wine.
After your meal, head to Old Cromwell (time permitting), the site of New Zealand's largest gold rush, which occurred in Central Otago during the 1860s. The final tasting takes place at a winery in Cromwell or Bannockburn, and comes with locally crafted cheeses.
Your full-day wine tour ends with return to your Queenstown hotel in the late afternoon.

We head back into the Gibbston region for a tasting and cheeseboard.
