Experience the thrill of soaring over Table Mountain National Park on a tandem paraglide. Book this experience and launch from either Signal Hill or Lions Head with a qualified instructor. While flight times vary depending on the wind, you can expect to be in the air from anywhere from seven to 20 minutes.
