Important Information

Please note that the confirmation email you receive from Tripadvisor is not your entry ticket.

You will receive your official QR code tickets one day before your Hagia Sophia visit. You can receive them through:

• WhatsApp,

• SMS (text message),

• or Email.

Note: WhatsApp is required to receive your tickets. If you do not use WhatsApp, please do not book tickets.

Children’s Tickets (free) can be obtained at the ticket booth upon presentation of a valid passport or identification document.

You will completely skip the ticket line; however, there might be a short wait at the security check at the entrance.

Inside Hagia Sophia, you will find panels in front of the mosaics. You can scan the QR codes on these panels using your phone’s camera to listen to the audio guide service directly on your device.

Please note that this is not a guided tour. A tour guide is not included.
