• All ages welcome (0–99). Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times — child life jackets are provided onboard.
• Guests with mobility concerns should contact us before booking. Boarding requires stepping onto the vessel and the experience takes place on open water, which can be rough at times.
• Wheelchair access is limited: the cabin door is not wide enough for wheelchair entry. Guests who can board with assistance are welcome and we will lift the wheelchair onboard, though the onboard toilet is not wheelchair accessible.
• Pregnant guests should seek medical advice before travelling — the experience may not be suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Contact us to check forecast ocean conditions.
• Guests prone to seasickness should take preventative medication one hour before departure, eat a light meal, and avoid alcohol beforehand.
• The vessel departs on time and cannot wait for late arrivals — please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
