We set off early from your hotel in Cusco and head towards the district of Acomayo. Our destination is Qente Cocha, situated at 4400 meters (14,436 feet) above sea level. From there, we will embark on a 2-hour and 30-minute journey to Waqrapukara, which sits at 4300 meters (14,108 feet) above sea level.

This site features eight meticulously crafted Inca terraces, retaining walls, and intricate stone stairways, all of which demonstrate the remarkable engineering skills of the ancient Incas.
