The cooking class with Jolie in Hoi An was a unique experience. We learned how to make traditional Vietnamese dishes, such as spring rolls and pho. The class was well-organized and the instructor was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We also had the opportunity to make our own lanterns, which was a fun and creative activity. Overall, the cooking class with Jolie in Hoi An was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Join us for a unique cooking experience that combines learning about Vietnamese farming practices, visiting a market to pick up ingredients, making traditional Vietnamese lanterns, and cooking a traditional Vietnamese meal with your teacher, Jolie. You'll start by visiting a garden, where you'll learn about Vietnamese farming practices. From there, you'll head to a market to pick up ingredients you'll later use to make lunch. Then it's on to a lantern-making workshop, where you'll learn how to make traditional Vietnamese lanterns. Finally, you'll head to the home of your cooking teacher, Jolie, where you'll get to whip up (and eat) a traditional Vietnamese meal.
