- If you’re staying in Dubai, the drive to the desert takes about 45–60 minutes.
- From Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, or Sharjah, the journey is around 90 minutes.
- Sit back, relax, and enjoy a comfortable ride in a shared 4x4 vehicle or private transfer as you head toward the first desert meeting point. On the way, you’ll pass by several famous landmarks and scenic views, giving you a glimpse of the city before the landscape transforms into the golden dunes of the Arabian Desert.

- Upon reaching the first stop in the desert, you’ll have time to relax and refresh. Guests can use the washroom facilities before starting the adventure.
- Here, you’ll also find the exciting Quad Biking Dubai experience. Ride powerful 4x4 Quad bike/Buggy across the golden dunes for the ultimate thrill. The fully automatic quad bikes are safe and easy to handle, making them perfect for both beginners and experienced riders. You can choose from 30-minute, or 1-hour quad bike/Buggy rides:
- * If your package includes quad biking, you can hop on and enjoy the ride.

- Whether you’re after an adrenaline-pumping ride over the dunes or a scenic desert journey at sunset, quad biking in Dubai is one of the best outdoor activities for adventure lovers.
- Meanwhile your driver will deflate the vehicle’s tires, preparing the 4x4 for the next stage — the famous dune bashing experience.

After dune bashing, try sandboarding in Dubai – a must-try desert adventure. Strap on your board and glide down the soft golden dunes, just like snowboarding but on sand. It’s safe, fun, and perfect for beginners and adventure lovers alike. Don’t forget to capture stunning photos of the endless desert, especially during a sunset desert safari.
