Begin by exploring a local market to select fresh ingredients, then learn to make classic pasta dishes, such as fettuccine, cavatelli, and ravioli, as well as a traditional antipasto and pasta sauces. Finish your meal with a delicious homemade tiramisu, accompanied by wine.
