- Free of charge for children under 4 years of age or less than 120 cm in height without a seat. If any child is over 120 cm tall, please book at the adult rate.
- Show the Evoucher to the Calypso Ticket Counter to redeem an E-ticket. Your seats will be reserved as the best available seats.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the theatre. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the theatre.
- To your delight, please mute your cell phone and remain seated for the entire performance.
- In any case, if your booking isn't matched with reality when you show upfront (such as the child's age, height, the number of people, etc.), you are responsible for paying the additional charge upfront for the show/tour.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour, or a full refund.
