- We can arrange free pick up and drop off at hotels located within Da Nang city or Hoi An town center. If you stay outside, our operator will contact you directly for surcharge which depends on your hotel's location, or meeting point that you can come to join our group. Transfer cost from and to meeting point will be on your own expense.
- Hotel pickup time will be varied from 7:30 – 8:30. We will inform you of the exact time as receiving your hotel address. The pickup time depends on traffic jams, weather and other customers in group tours. Therefore, the driver and tour guide take time to collect all customers. If they come late, we hope that you can sympathize with this inconvenience and patiently wait for them;
