Pickup from hotels within the Old Quarter is between 8:30 AM and 8:45 AM. If you stay outside the Old Quarter, please meet at the Hanoi Opera House at 8:30 AM. The transfer to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 hours, including one short rest stop along the way.

Guests not using transfer should arrive at Dock 35, Tuan Chau Harbor on their own to complete check-in. Late arrivals may be denied boarding or incur extra fees. After check-in, you will be transferred by speedboat to the cruise.
