3: 45 am → we will pick you up from your hotel in Cuzco between 3:30 am to 4:15 am for 1 hour and a half we will go to the train station of Ollantaytambo. (Pick-up time may vary depending on train availability.)

5:05 am With the transporter we will go to the city of Ollantaytambo where we will take our train to Aguas Caientes for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
