08:30: A local guide will pick you up at the hotel.
We'll head to the local market with our chef (about 30 minutes) by car.
You'll have the chance to see and experience the sights and sounds of the market, as well as directly interact with the sellers.

09:15: We'll transfer from the local market to Cam Thanh village by car or boat.
