- Entry to the casino is restricted to guests aged 21 and above.
- Cable car operations depend on weather and maintenance schedules.
- Itinerary sequence may change due to traffic or local conditions.
- If the Awana Skyway is closed, it will be replaced by the Goh Tong Cable Car, and the Chin Swee Temple visit will be skipped (no replacement activity).
- The tour runs rain or shine – please bring an umbrella or raincoat.
- No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed for temple entry; shoes must be removed inside.
- Keep an eye on your personal belongings; the operator is not liable for loss or damage.
- During major festivals, traffic delays or road closures may affect hotel pick-up/drop-off points.
- Pick up time and driver details shall update to you 1 day before activity day in the evening time by email. Please check your email (inbox/spam mailbox) 1 day before (after 8pm)
- If the vehicle does not arrive in more than 10 minutes, please contact the emergency contact number +6019-339 8699, we will coordinate for you immediately
- Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to contacted during the travel period
- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.

- Solo travelers are more than welcome too — just make your own way to the meeting point at Berjaya Times Square (Main Entrance).

- 2) Meet Up Point: [MIN 1 ADULT] 07:45hrs at Berjaya Times Square Main Entrance (in front of Starbucks Coffee)
- 3) Please arrive in the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance 15mins before scheduled pickup time.
- 4) As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pickup route.
- 5) For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash

8:15 AM – Batu Caves

- Visit Malaysia’s iconic Hindu temple and the 140-ft Lord Murugan statue.
- Climb the 272 colorful steps for a panoramic view.
- Short stop for photography and local souvenirs.
- Dress modestly (covered knees/shoulders).

- Stop at Genting Skyway Cable Car Station

Attractions at Genting Highlands:
- Awana Skyway Cable Car – panoramic rainforest views. – enjoy a 10-minute cable car ride (ticket included) with breathtaking views of the rainforest.
- Visit Chin Swee Caves Temple (accessible mid-way by cable car). **In the event of Awana Skyway maintenance period, visit Chin Swee Temple will skip**
- SkyAvenue Mall – Shopping, dining & entertainment.
- Genting Premium Outlets – Branded shopping at great discounts.
- Casino de Genting – Try your luck at Malaysia’s only casino.
- Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park (optional; entrance ticket not included).

2:30 PM – Meet and Assembly at Meet up point. Heading back to Kuala Lumpur - Return journey (approx. 1.5 hours drive).
