- Participant to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled activity time. No onsite calls will be made to verify your arrival time, and we will depart based on the scheduled activity time. Consequently, latecomers or “No Show” guests will not be eligible for rescheduling or given refunds or credits
- Recommended for individuals aged 6 to 70 years old
- Footwear to be remove before boarding
- Rescheduling requests will not be accommodated under any circumstances as seats are already secured and reserved
- In case of bad weather conditions, you will still need to be present at the meeting point. Delays in sailing time may occur depending on the severity of the weather
- This activity requires a minimum of two participants for it to proceed. Should the minimum number of participants not be reached, we will reach out to you in advance to arrange a rescheduling
