  • For guests using transfer from Hanoi only:
  • Pickup from hotels within the Old Quarter is between 8:30 AM and 8:45 AM. If you stay outside the Old Quarter, please meet at the Hanoi Opera House at 8:30 AM. The transfer to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 hours, including one short rest stop along the way.

  • Guests not using transfer should arrive at Dock 35, Tuan Chau Harbor on their own to complete check-in. Late arrivals may be denied boarding or incur extra fees. After check-in, you will be transferred by speedboat to the cruise. Please provide full passenger details including passport information before departure, as a valid passport is required for boarding. Upon boarding, enjoy a welcome drink, meet the captain and crew for a safety briefing, then relax in your cabin and savor a Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch while cruising through the stunning limestone formations of Halong Bay.
