- This half-day abseiling adventure in the Adelaide Hills is designed especially for those seeking a real outdoor adventure. Abseiling is the ultimate test of bravery and excitement, descending sheer rock faces using ropes and specialized gear. An absolute must for thrill seekers!
- Under the guidance of our friendly, expert instructors, you'll learn key abseiling techniques, safe cliff management, and essential knot skills in a supportive environment. Set against the stunning natural backdrop of Morialta Conservation Park, this is hands on abseiling on real rock.
- You'll start with a slow, controlled descent where you can feel every movement and build your confidence on the rope. As you get comfortable, you'll learn how to push off and jump down the wall and if you're up for the challenge, you might even pull off a full 360!

Itinerary:
You'll be met by one of our friendly instructors who will take you into the park.
First up, your instructor will go through the equipment and safety procedures that you set you up for the day.
After a demonstration of how to abseil, your instructor will have you abseiling in no time.
Once you have got the hang of abseiling, our instructors will will then take you to the base of the cliff, where you can have a lunch break.
After that you will go through a demonstration of belaying and rope management.
Under their expert supervision, you'll have a full experience of what its like to climb on a natural cliff face.
With a wide variety of climbs available, there is a challenge for absolutely everyone regardless of if it is your first time or you're a seasoned pro!
Please Note:
-Close toed shoes must be worn for the hike, we will provide climbing shoes for the activity.
- Pants or shorts mid thigh length or longer are recommended
- Please bring enough water, snacks and lunch for the day
- Sunglasses and Sunscreen are recommended for sunny days

- Private transportation: Participants must have their own transport for the 10 minute convoy drive up the hill. If you require a lift, please get in touch before your tour date.

- Minimum of three participants for the tour to run
- Not recommended for participants with back problems
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Not recommended for pregnant participants
- All experience levels are welcome
- Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
